I started the download of my selected applications last night before I left the office. When I cam in this morning, the Photoshop install had failed. The disk images for inDesign and Illustrator were on my desktop and I had to manually install them. Acrobat and Muse had also (theoretically) been downloaded but hadn't installed. All that was on the desktop for those two applications were the CCM files.
So I go to try to install Photoshop again and it starts an entirely new download. 3 hours later, the download finishes and the INSTALL FAILS AGAIN! It says the download was corrupted. In the meantime, it has begun (at my request) downloading Acrobat and Muse again.
So, there are several questions. First of all, why is my Photoshop install failing? Second, why do these applications have to be downlaoded again? Aren't the install files stroed on my hard drive? I really don't want to wait another 9 hours to try installing Photoshop again just to have it fail.
While inDesign and Illustrator seem to be working well, it seems a little odd to me that I have to quit ALL Adobe apps to install discrete applications. What gives?
I just signed up for the Cloud yesterday and I had hoped to be able to use all the new apps today but it appears this won't be happening. Can anyoine offer advice to get me up and running?

I would recommend beginning by diagnosing what is causing your installation failure. Please utilize the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to review your installation logs. Also for your next install of Photoshop I would also recommend utilizing the trial of Photoshop CS6. This will prevent you from needing to download again if it is unsuccessful. Once you have installed simply sign in using your Creative Cloud Adobe ID.

I am having the same problems installing PS6 on my MacBook Pro running OS 10.7.4. All the other Adobe Suite apps install fine. I've tried to install PS6 dozens of times. I've reinstalled AAM several times, too. I even went so far as to remove the entire suite, restart my computer, and reinstall the entire suite. PHOTOSHOP ALWAYS FAILS.
I get an error code (-60). I ran ASA and it found nothing wrong.
Please HELP!!

Hi Rhicardo,
After trying to install through the application manager a number of times, I finally got fed up and downloaded the trial version directly from the Adobe site. It installed perfectly on the first try. So, go grab the trial, install it and it will be automatically activated using your license.
Good luck! Let me know if this works for you.
