How do I send and oversized sound (MP3) file with my AT&T email? It will not take anything over 25 MB.

Sending very large files via email is not practical. The limit is anywhere from 5 to 10 MB.
Try https://www.wetransfer.com You can send files up to 2 GB file sizes on the free service.
Adobe's own Send and track large files easily | Adobe Send & Track will verify that the files were received.

In the past I have been able to send such files with "Send Now" and later with "Send". I am unable to find either of those very helpful items which is the only reason I began paying a monthly fee in the first place. If I am no longer able to do this then I have no further use for Adobe and will cancel my "membership".
Do you have any further suggestions?

Send and Track must have replaced Send Now. It does provide "Proof of Delivery", but it's $20 annually.
WeTransfer is a free service and there are other alternatives where you just email a link. Dropbox, and Mictosoft's Drive is another.
