Serial number not in the abonnement

Hi Guys

After a new installation on my new client I have to enter the Serial number in the installation.

Regrettably I can't find the serial number.

We bought it via Adobe.com

In the online Help it's written that we have to go on "Pläne" than to "Bestellverlauf" than to the "Bestellung" (so far so good) but than we can choose in the Dialog field "Downloads und Seriennummer". That option doesn't exist.

We just see "Datum" "Artikel" "Gesamt" and "Bestellnummer" -> Starts with AD.

The AD number are also asked in the software, but isn't valid for install the tool.

Can't start the software anymore. So no idea what I have to do now to find the serial number.

If you did not register your serial number with Adobe, it will not show in your account history

checked the article and the settings.

So, I bought via Adobe Online, there are all invoices but no serial on it.

Strange is, that I can log in on the cloud version. The past installation was a fix installation without log in on the cloud.

When I now would install it on the station the serial number is asked, but there is no serial number existing on the bills either on my products, either on Bestellverlauf.
