Setting Up

I am a Photojournalism major and I have had Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamworks, etc for about a year or so. Today I opened Photoshop and the entire Photoshop window is blurry. Also, it says that I'm on a free trial run, which should not be. I have the serial # but I do not have the disc. I need help figuring out how I can get the full version of Photoshop on my computer again.
