So I downloaded Photoshop 10, there are to file downloads. I did the first part.A PhotoshopElements_10_LS15-1.7z-WinRar(Evaluation copy) Pops up. Then I tried the Second File Download and got this. So What do I do?

You should have two files... the large file contains everything, the EXE file is what you run to do the install... both files need to be in the same download folder
