Still problem with creative cloud

Unfortunately, the tips didn't change anything ...
I am using the latest version of Lightroom 4.3. Below, I paste a print screen with my MacBook data and a screen of the Creative Cloud panel. i don't see any arrows, but regardless, what's the question?  your sync taking a long time (which is expected given how much bandwidth is required to sync)?
