Hello,
I have been greatly frustrated with trying not to get charged on subscription renewal, I have bought Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid). Before the year end I have tried to cancel the auto renewal with no luck!
There's no cancel "cancel plan" option as per the second picture below... is it because i'm not a US resident ?!
I requested a chat support a couple of times and waited for a few hours with no response! I have left a chat comment to cancel my subscription but it wasn't looked at. And just today, my credit card is trying to get billed for a forced renewal?!
This is completely frustrating!
Please help or I will go through the hassle of calling the bank and blacklisting Adobe for any future payments through my credit card.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums and the subscription under this ID has been cancelled.

Hi,
The first option of the support link you have added is to use the forums as a form of getting support, so here I am.
In terms of contacting Adobe staff, the phone number shown is an 800 number which is directly addressed to NA resdints not worldwide. Leaving it to the second option which using the chat NOTING THE DAYS AND TIMES, I did wait a few hours with no answers for a number of times. GIVING THAT; I have stated in my chat topic bio to cancel the subscription is what I seek. So whoever sees it even a few days later should just cancel my auto subscription!
So in short; the support option doesn't help.
