I activated a one Year Subscription via Product Key. It worked and said that I can use CC until October 2021. Now I try to open Photoshop and it says I have no Subscription.
Afterwards I login into my Adobe account on Chrome and see, that I dont have ANY Subscription anymore. There is none in my billing history or any trace of any subscription anywhere.
I cant contact the Hotline because i dont have a subscription anymore ._. HELP

If you did not buy the subscription from Adobe Directly or from an Verified Authorized Adobe Reseller and you did not pay somewhere around the Full Cost, maybe a slight discount, of the 1 year subscription price (You got it Dirt Cheap) then what you bought was Counterfeit and has now been Deactivated for that reason.
You will need to actually BUY a real siubscription to continue using the Adobe software.

Where did you buy the product key, and may I ask what it cost? Is it All Apps, or just the Photography Plan?

You could still try talking to someone at Adobe through the online chat as below:

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to get connected with an actual person.

i have the same probelm but i bought it off the adobe creative cloud platform so im confused on why this is even happening
