Switched from Mac to Windows -- Now my Serial # doesn't work

I recently bought a new computer that is a Windows unit -- my old laptop was a mac. I went to install my Creative Suite Software, and found that my serial code only works on Macs -- is there a remedy for this??

I am sorry you cannot change the platform for CS 5.5 as it is the older version.

It is better that you purchase CS 6 upgrade or Creative Cloud subscription at discounted price.

Hi Ryan,

Serial numbers are language & platform specific. So, you cannot use Windows serial key on Mac or vice-versa. However, you could get a platform swap done. Not sure, if this is applicable for your old version CS5.5 but it is worth a try. Order product | Platform, language swap
