Switching my plan on adobe creative cloud

Earlier this year I registered with a creative cloud for a single-app use, adobe premiere pro. I now want to switch to the plan for students where you get all apps for $19.99/month. I am a second year university student and when i registered, I only needed premiere, so I went with the single app membership, but now for school, I need the other apps as well, and obviously want to pay the student fee and not 83 a month for all app memebership. How would I go about changing my plan from a single app to a student creative cloud account with all the apps?
