Téléchargement- renvoi vers mauvaise adresse mail

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème pour le téléchargement de lightroom (je viens de souscrire un abonnement).

Lors du téléchargement, le site demande une confirmation de l'adresse mail or, il renvoie vers une ancienne adresse qui m'avait servi pour tester la version d'essai. Je précise que dans mon compte mon adresse actuelle est bien renseignée et l'ancienne apparait nulle part. Évidemment, je ne me souviens plus du mot de pass pour me connecter à cette ancienne adresse.

Que puis-je faire?

Are you following the procedure listed in the following help document to resolve this issue: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps?

Could you please confirm if you are getting this message to confirm email address on your CC desktop app or is it on the website?

If it is on the website, then I would recommend you to reset the browser and delete the cache so that it lets you log in with t

If it is on the website, then I would recommend you to reset the browser and delete the cache so that it lets you log in with the new email address.
