For the past few months I've had an update error that's made me unable to access the Creative Cloud because of error 204 I make it to about 6% done when it makes the update stop saying "There seems to be a problem with the file download. For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page.(Error code: 204) Get Help
so I was looking through the help page and a few other sources and it did not really help me on how to fix this error so if anyone has any tips please give me them because I would rather not reinstall just for this update to go through because I don't wanna loose my preferences in the other apps I use.
