hello,
i've download the trial version of after effect to try it but i can't even try because
the adobe creative cloud says that the time is expired (what is impossible because i didn't use
this software at all)
i'm here because i have contacted adobe support and the problem wasn't solved.
a person of the support told me that if i want to try a software i have to subscribe, try the software and then ask for a termination
and a refund before 14 days (??!!!??)
i'm not the only one person with this problem so why this problem isn't fixed by adobe?
it's just impossible to call a trial version "a trial version" if you ask me to subscribe and pay before i try the software.
because of that maybe i will have no choice to try and choose an other software from an other company
because i can't try adobe trial version software's
really if somebody can help me it will be great

there's no easy way to extend your trial on a the same computer, Adobe trial software expired early
you can start a new trial on a different computer.

thank you but i didn't use the software before or the trial version so it's not an extend
i've tried on an other computer but i can't download the creative cloud on it there is an error 210 that i can't fix

i have tried all that it's advice and nothing worked.
i 've created a new email adress and download the creativecloud and after effect on an other computer
and in an other house (so the connection is not the same).....and the cloud said that the trial version was expired for after effect.
my conclusion : i think their is a bug with the trial version or their is no trial version to make users subsribe because i used a new computer, new mail, new connection in my sister's house and the creative cloud said the trial version was expired with after effect
i can't believe that the support told me to subscribe if i wanted to try the software, this is totally un-professionnal.
the support didn't care of the problem. they said that the trial version is not a right but just a benefit (so if the trial version doesn't work this is not their problem)
this is not worthy of adobe, i'm very disappointed about the way the users are treated
if it is a bug just fix it and if not this is a misleading publicity to say that you can try the software by downloading and then ask to subscribe if a user want to try a software
