trouble downloading free trials

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to download free trials of Premiere and After effects. Download stops at about 42% and when I retry it does the same. I click learn more link and it states "Installation encountered an error. Please restart your system and try again." Has anyone had this problem and can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

HI Jamie,

Try downloading the CC app manager here. Install the CC app manager. and then download the other software

If it is still having issues downloading. Try running the Adobe Clean tool to removed partial installs and then reinstall
