Hi

I had the monthly based Creative Cloud-package, but don't need it any more - now I have trouble uninstalling it.

When I try to uninstall illustrator, the Adobe Creative Cloud-app automatically opens and says 'trying to connect to server', but it never reaches further than 2% and then it just stops.

What can I do?

Try uninstalling via the OS. You did not state your OS and version. Please do that if you need further help.

Looks like an issue coming from network and connectivity.

If you are using any antivirus. Turn it off along with firewall and try with direct download link of Adobe applications

Download Creative Cloud apps

Thank you, I tried deactivating the firewall but it doesn't make a difference.

I tried downloading the Creative Cloud uninstaller, but it turns up with an error saying that another version of Creative Cloud i already running or another Adobe Installation-program, and that these should be shut down before continuing. But no other program is running, I even checked the joblist!

What is wrong with this app or my computer?

One thing that might be worth mentioning: uninstalling does NOT stop Adobe from charging. You have to cancel your subscription for that.
