Trouble with Windows 10

The installation is stopped due to Windows 10.

It says ti is running - Error P87

But it is not true.

I miss the folder TrayApp.exe and that is the reason.

Can somebody help me ?? please

Because I can also not try during 7 days.

(I'm in France)
