Trying to access SN on iMac that was installed until the upgrade had to be restored to original.

I bought adobe photoshop and adobe premiere Element 14 at Best Buy when I bought this imac.  The last upgrade took away all of my purches, none of them worked anymore.  I took my imac to Apple and they reinstalled the original hard drive programs like they were when I bought it.  So my adobe photoshop and adobe premiere Element 14 has to be reinstalled.  There aren't any SN attached to the program.  It has a sigh no the front of the box "THEFT PROTECTED".  What do I do?
