Unable to install updates, getting "an unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later. I-200." It occurs when the cloud app on my desktop asked me to sign in with my Adobe password.
I recently updated to Windows 8.1. Dont know if that's the problem on if my computer isn't connecting properly with the cloud for another reason. My log in and password are correct and work fine for online log into the cloud system.
I need to download Muse for a project and it is not working.
