Open your Creative Cloud desktop application and make sure that you're signed in. If you are, try signing out, then signing back in. When you install the applications, are you doing so from the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

Hi, I suggest you try this: uninstall Creative Cloud and then install it again with all the apps you use. If you can help, you can use the software Creative Cloud Cleaner.

Hi Jennifer,

In addition to the suggestions above which are great things to check the Issue could be related to your network or internet connection.

You might test if the issue still occurs when using a different internet connection as well as going through the steps listed here: How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Best,

- Dave
