Hi,
I have subscribed to the creative cloud annual single membership plan. I have been given a new credit card in lieu of the old card I used to pay for the annual subscription. I need to change the card information. But everytime I try to update the information I receive the following error message :-"invalid card, please check card details"
I have tried all possible iterations :- multiple cards, multiple browsers but nothing works. Even tried getting the card details updated by an Adobe customer care representative (after a couple of live chats that did not help). Even the Adobe representative could not help.
Please let me know if I will be able to change my card details at all?

So.. this is 2015, and the same problem comes up. Again. This does not happen with Microsoft account.
My old CC was stolen, and I have just got a new one recently.
I need to change my credit card info since my payment renewal (16 February) has failed.
Please help. Nobody from SEA has contacted me since I tried to reach them about 3 days ago.

The order is Digital river store, you need to contact support to get the credit card information changed.
For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

i am having the same problem here. I have tried five different credit cards, and i continue to get the same error message around my billing address not working. I have spoken to two different Adobe agents, submitted CC info via Adobe's secure portal and I am still unsuccessful. I have been given my fourth and final warning e-mail and i don't want to be charged for the 50% penalty fee of my 1 yr subscription. Please help.

I still cannot change my credit card info. Last time guys from support team cancelled my subscription and I made a new one. Unfortunately, I cannot do it myself - for some unknown reason there is no "Cancel" button and it seems that Russian support doesn't read emails. I wrote them three times with no response so far.

I hope I can get this cleared up so I can continue my schooling. I thought adobe finally got everything together but I have never been sooo stressed to try and get simple information to update. Every time I click save after entering my payment info nothing happens and i'm panicking. Need help ASAP.

I'd love to know why this is still a problem after 3 years. Same problem. Click on update payment method. I changed the info and click save. Nothing happens. Why?

Yes, I've just had the same problem!!! Had to get on help chat with a rep to update my new card info. Spend about 10 minutes with the person updating the info. I told her the same thing, that I've read this forum and the original entry is from 2013 and this still seems to be a problem. I would think Adobe has bigger fish to fry than spending time manually updating people's payment methods for them. Like I told the rep, I could have just chosen not to update my card and if Adobe ever contested that, I would just say that the system didn't let me update the card info, so that's on Adobe, not me. Anyway, really frustrating. Still can't believe this is still an issue. Something like this will drive customer's away/ O'm definitely think about canceling my membership now.

Yuuuup. Did this link with the chat rep already. Checked my card info and my card info is all up to date. Card is good, but I guess Adobe still doesn't like it and is not charging it and keeps sending me emails saying I have an invalid payment method. Lost a customer for life!!!

It's 2018, and the same problem persists. There was an unauthorized transaction on my old card, so Citibank was quick to void it and replace it with a new one. However, Adobe charged my old one, and the card payment bounced.
I already updated my details and already waited for three "24 hours" now. Still no updates from Adobe. I don't understand how paying can be such a problem!
I already contacted customer support, and it feels like a scam. I got my Adobe CC on discount around Christmas, and the CS representative is asking me to get another membership at a full price and cancel my discounted one. When I was arguing for this, she immediately transferred to the "Sales" department!
The Sales department was also of no help. Only told me to call their 1800-number but it remains busy for two days now while Adobe continuously counts down!
PLEASE have a representative call my mobile. I've already given my contact details to the first CS representative and updated my Adobe account.
