Unable to use my serial number to activate cs6.

Bought cs6 design web premium back in 2013, was able to access it fine. no longer have access to previous devices to unlink them from it. 

Unable to activate it on a new device as it advices x amount of time to use. as the other two are in use. As i am under activation limit reached. Contacted adobe customer service to see if i can get them unlinked as i didnt want to spend extra money on after buying this while at university. 

 

Is there a possible way of deactivating the serial number still or a way to get it done to use it without havig to seek the option to consider rebuying photoshop through the app.

Nobody here can help you with activation issues, contact them again and ask to speak to a supervisor, inform them you need your activation count reset.

When you can't deactivate a serial number (this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for CS5/CS6)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
