Uniformity in CC apps user interface

I just want to point out how, at this point, each app UI looks different on Windows (Mac slightly better due to os interface), I compared just some of them:

I know CC apps are developed by different teams, each app has a different development path and history so this could be the reason behind this difference, but I really wish Adobe will uniform all the UIs like the one in Illustrator.

Illustrator CC2018 had the best UI revamp and it's the one I am enjoying more, very fast and responsive.

I love the new properties panel where a lot of stuff is grouped into a single interactive panel instead of having 10 smaller panels all around the ui, hope this will happen in other apps too.

EDIT: I'd like to specify that I'm talking about the very top part (with the icon and the main menu). Being very different apps it's obvious the UI below the main menu it's different.

I completely agree! As someone who is really precious about their screen real estate, I've wanted Premiere and After Effects to adopt the joint title bar/menu bar that other Adobe products use, if not for the small bit of space that it saves, then for the fact that the white bar in a dark interface stands out WAY to much.
