Uninstall creative cloud app, but keep programs

Is it possible to delete the creative cloud app, but still keep Photoshop, premiere etc.

it is draining my battery, and I just Got the new MB pro 16 inch, and use it alot on the go...

Just set the CC desktop app to NOT start with the system.

This is beyond half assed as the resource hogging programs and service still exist and run.

Yes but it is basically the same on a Mac. Although there might be another part of OS X that is set to start the CC app with the system.

Don't have a Mac anymore so I can check.

I always make sure both of those settings look like that but they never seem to stick and the program always launches and bugs me to update it.
