uninstalling adobe reader 8 from a mac

how do I uninstall adobe reader 8 from a mac?  I just installed version 10.1.1 and would like to remove all files associated with version 8.  I have a macbook pro.

I found the instructions for uninstalling for Windows, but not mac.\

Thanks for the suggestion. Turns out that when I installed Adobe Reader 10.1.1, it uninstalled version 8, so no problem after all.
