I have adobe CC 2014 for my class room macs. Enterprise agreement. I an unable to update Illustrator and Photoshop Oct. 2014 updates. The updates are not in my Creative cloud on my desktop and when I try to update from online I get an Update Failed message. Please contact your Administrator if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the Administrator. I am the Adminstrator for my class computers. Help
Krobbb1 did you deploy the installation packages to each of these computers? If so you will want to remove the current installations and redeploy the packages. There is an option within the Creative Cloud Packager to suppress updates. This option appears to have been chosen.
