Upgrade Acrobat 7 to Acrobat 10

New Here ,
Jan 18, 2012 Jan 18, 2012

Trying to upgrade to Acrobat 10 Std. on a new Win 7 machine. Originally I had a upgrade version Acrobat 7 Std. on a XP machine. This 7 version was was installed via upgrading from Acrobat 5 full version. Now I can't get ver. 5 to install on the New Win 7 machine, so no way of course will I be able to install the ver. 10 upgrade.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

You don't need to install anything, you only need your Acrobat 7 serial in addition to the Acrobat X serial.

I am not sure if I got you right but if you have Acrobat 7 standard, why don't you try installing that on your Win 7 computer and then upgrading to Acrobat 10 Std?
