Upgraded storage - how to access it?!

OK its fair to say im a bit frustrated... So I had the 20GB photography plan with photoshop and Lightroom. I upgraded via the desktop creative cloud app to increase my storage to 1TB. My creative cloud app on my desktop recognised the 1TB, but neither Lightroom classic nor CC recognise it - they are trying to sync with the 20GB...which is full. Also on my ipad Lightroom only shows 20GB but the creative cloud app shows the 1TB.... HELP please!, im paying fir storage I cant use?!

Hi Mattb,

This may seem pretty basic, but have you tried the old turn it off/turn it on routine? If not, I would shut down Lightroom, sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, sign back into CC and then restart Lightroom.

Thanks, yes done all that. It just doesn’t recognise the upgraded storage. Has anyone done this and it’s worked?

Did you just upgrade? It can take 24 hours+ for the new storage to be reflected across all apps.

Also, are you logged in to everything with the Adobe ID with which you purchased the storage? I assume so, but it's worth double checking.

If it has been longer than 24 hours and you are sure you are logged in, you may need to Contact Customer Care directly via chat to resolve what may be an issue with your account.
