Upgrading Lightroom software when one has moved country?

I purchased Lightroom 5 when in Hong Kong but now live in Malaysia and want to upgrade to Lightroom 6. I have followed instructions in the forums but I have 2 issues which seem insurmountable: (1) I have to specify my location is Hong Kong although it is not. The system will not let me proceed unless I click on Hong Kong as the Region.  And (2) if I say I am in Hong Kong and can therefore proceed to the check out, I get stuck when I update my credit card details.  It insists my country is Hong Kong, which is not the country on the credit card and therefore I cannot purchase the upgrade. Help please?

Generally the billing country and the country of the credit card need to be same.

Please Contact Customer Care to get the issue fixed.

Thanks Sheena, but I've gone through all the options several times and still cannot proceed to checkout because 'The account was registered for a different country.' The billing country and the country of the credit card are the same (i.e., Malaysia), but that I cannot get passed this first hurdle unless I pretend to be in Hong Kong.  But if I pretend to be in Hong Kong, then the system won't let my credit card address be Malaysia.  I have changed my Adobe ID from 'Hong Kong' to 'Southeast Asia', but that does not help as I still cannot proceed to checkout. I will try again in the New Year when I have more time.
