We lost our DVD with distributive of Adobe Photoshop CS3 (<partial license number redacted by mod - kglad>). What can we do for get new one (DVD) or can yousuggest another way for install programme (exclude buying new version like CS6)?

and activate with your serial.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Thanks for you suggestion. I made all as you advised, installed programme on PC, but when I tried activate it via Internet, I got following message ("Too Many Activations" in head) -

Then I checked on the last one PC with Adobe Photshop CS3 installed in 2008 (with our serial) - chapters "Load e-License..." and "Return e-License..." was not active (in Menu "Help").

As far as I know, some time ago my colleague removed one copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3 (from anotherone PC). Also, I guess there is no matter to try activate programme with our serial via telephone, am I right?

Besides, we can download only English version Adobe Photoshop CS3 from site http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html, isn't it? Our lost CD (or DVD) had Russian version Adobe Photoshop CS3. If we will complete activation English version with our serial - is this way legal?

you need to deactivate, at least, one of the other two activations that adobe detects.  ie, open ps cs3>click help>deactivate.

if you cannot (because you no longer control the computers that have/had those activations) you can contact adobe to reset your activation count, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

this will deactivate your other two activations.

As you see, there are no any "deactivate" (in Russian it means "Деактивировать") there.

PS: Finaly, we lost our CD or DVD (with box), we have only serial number and bild (was purhased 2008), nothing else. I tried to finding the same as we lost distributive via Google, etc a lot of time, but trere is no success.
