What can I do to install?

I have been trying to install Photoshop for school assignments, and EVERY time I tried to in the Microsoft Store, it keeps reading that they could not install the app. It tells me to wait a bit, which I do, but it STIll gives the same message. How do I fix this?

Per this KB article if you purchase through the Microsoft Store you will need to reach out to them for support as their version differs from the retail version offered by Adobe.
