What is error code 1?

I'm getting an error code 1 when I try to download creative cloud. What does this mean?

I just assumed that the error code was enough info. And I have no idea what other "proper" info you need. I'm a photographer - not an IT person.  What info do you need? And where can I find it?

hello, i just purchased the cc, but have the same error, i run under windows 8.1 64bits, i try many solutions, including desactivate the firewall and antivirus, and trying other compatibilities issues but at least have no result.

Can you help us ?

I discovered that my issue was that I had tried a trial version. I had to delete the program files from that install. It worked after that. Good luck!!!!
