What is this error - how can I fix this.

I'm getting this every time I open my apps.  I've uinstalled, repaired, started from scratch and uninstalled the entire suite/desktop.  Still, this error.   Never seen it before.  Please help, thanks.

What error?

Oh you Attached the image. Please use the Insert Photos icon in the tool bar to include images, Pictures, in the body of your reply.

You can Edit your original post by clicking the More link then Selecting Edit Message. Once the edit message box comes up Insert that picture at the end of your message.

And when replying to my post do NOT Click the Black Reply tex to the right of my post. Click the Blue button with the word Reply in white text to the right of your original post

I uploaded the new pic - When i open Photoshop or Illustrator, this window pops up. (I just discovered) I can open past documents that I've worked on thru the drop down menus. But cant create anything new.
