When copy css alert Javascript code is missing

Adobe Photoshop: 19.1.3 20180323.r.293 2018/03/23: 1163761  x64

Operating System:Windows 10 64 位

I installed photoshop on Win10 x64, when copy css, it shows "javascript code is missing", when copy svg, it shows "error 44, line 57". This is fresh installed, but I did installed some other version very long time ago, and already run Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool a few times.

error 44 tends to be a locked folder and I would assume antivirus first

yes, did have karspersky internet security installed.

Then I followed instructions  metioned in other error 44 or error 43 post, problem still exists.

At last I found a japanese post metioned previous version have no such problem, only the latest one has, so I tried.

Photoshop CC 2017 (18.1.2 ), no error or code missing, everything is ok;

Photoshop CC 19.0, also no error code or code missing;

Photoshop CC 19.0.1, also no error code or code missing;

Photoshop CC 19.1, BANG!, error and code missing;

Photoshop CC 19.1.1, error and code missing;

Photoshop CC 19.1.2, error and code missing;

So I guess it's a bug.
