When trying to install LR6 (from Amazon) I'm getting an error message telling me it can't be installed BUT my OS is Windows 7 Home Premium with SP1

Does your computer meet all the System requirements for Adobe Lightroom for Mac and Windows OS‌? If it does, do you receive a specific error message when you try to install? If possible, please post a screenshot to help us better resolve your issue.
