Where can I download Design Premium CS4?

I have misplaced my Design Premium CS4 disc and need to reinstall on a new computer. I discovered the following link on Adobe's page to download previous versions of CS4: Download CS4 products but receive the following error message when clicking the download link

Access Denied

  You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/DesignPre/CS4/Win/ADBESTDSCS4_LS1.7z" on this server.

I have also checked out the previous answer from back in May 2014 on this thread: download photoshop CS4 but the following error message appears when I click on that download link:

HTTP ERROR: 404 /support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp

RequestURI=/support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp

Any help would be much appreciated ASAP! Thanks!

Make sure you allow cookies.  If problems persist, try using a different browser.

Thanks Ned, this was the issue. I used Internet Explorer on Windows 7 and enabled cookies and the download link worked. Thanks so much!
