where can i download free trail photoshop cs4

Does anyone know where I can find the link to download the adobe photoshop cs4 trial version or free download, I really need to get it or something to help me with some photos for a court case, I really need to be able to prove this is the person in this picture and videos and they are all blurry when you zoom in and I cant download clear id software until I get the adobe photoshop cs4. can anyone help ?

CS4 is "something like" 6 years old so I don't know if there is still any kind of trial
