Where did the sign out go?!

I am so sick of Adobe and every other developer out there changing fundamental things every damn update!!!!!! Why do they consistently make things harder and more confusing for everyone?!?!?! I'm 37 and I feel like an 80-year-old trying to figure out how to use email for the first time. STOP IT

It's taking me 10 minutes to figure out how to sign out trying to fix a problem in Illustrator.

In most desktop apps, you sign-out from the Help menu.

My frustration is that they changed something so silly like that and there is no documentation of it. You'd think that they would put a little note in the Preference panel in the app that says "to sign out go here and do this". And my libraries are still missing after signing out, restarting my computer, and signing back in again.
