Why don't your download links work??

Guest

I have tried numerous times to download the free trial for Robohelp on your site under either the download link at  http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=robohelp&loc=en_us or under the link or "2 ways to try" and niether works, at all, ever. I keep getting error messages that the links do not work. My computer is brand new and hasn't had difficulties downloading any other products at all.

This trial, of Robohelp 8 or 9, is essential for my studies as a Technical Writer. If you could send me the WORKING download link, I will have the opportunity to test it out before purchasing it for professional use. If not, I will have to find another, more reliable product. My ussername is Pixar79 - please send  the link to my email address.

Yes, I tried that but the only thing that happens when trying to download

the Robohelp trials is I get this message:

This page may be accessed at Is temporarily down, or transferred to a new

web address permanently.

Can't you send me a different link to download it from or something else? I

really need this trial and have spent more than 3 hours exhausting all

options. I need real help or answers here.

You will be given an option to initiate a direct download when you click the download button.  Beyond that I would recommend trying the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/troubleshoot-akamai-download-manager-3.html.  If you still run into difficulty then you may want to check the settings for your host file per Sign in or activation errors | CS6, CS5.5 Subscriptions, CS6 Perpetual - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html.  Finally if that fails please try an alternate Internet connection.

That direct download leads me to an error message, one that I sent to you

in my previous email, which does not show up on the second linnk you sent

me below. You are sending me in circles. Give me real help.

For further proof that the problem does not lie with my computer, browser,

or anything else on my part, I just got this message after selecting

English and then clicking on the dowload button next to Robohelp 9 on the

link

http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?loc=en_us&product=robohelp&promoid=DJDVH
