Why have I problems to dowload the trial version of After Effects?

I was trying to dowload the trial version of After Effects., but when I click to dowload  the trial version appears a yellow triangle and under that there is a text that says: ''Some problems are occurring ; Try it again later . If the problem persists , contact Customer Support''. I contact to the customer support and appears ''I want to dowload a trial version'' I click on it and appears five instructions (sorry if they appear in Spanish):

I did all the instructions, but when I go to the principal page of After Effects and I click on ''dowload the trial version'', appears the same triangle and the same text again (this is the text with the yellow triangle)

Please somebody help me! I don't know what to do more.

I don't know if I describe my problem very well... I'm Spanish and I have a very low level of english...

That MAY be a false error that is hiding the actual problem... a 32bit computer

You MUST have a 64bit computer and operating system... what is your computer?

-Programs are not SUPPOSED to display or download if they will not install on your computer

I have a 32bit computer, and it's a windows 8...
