  • Have you tried online chat?
  • What solutions are you looking for?
  • Maybe you should be asking questions in these user forums instead of using phone support?

Hi

You're not alone and I'm sure there's many more complaints, thankfully for me I don't have to deal with them but I honestly feel sorry for users that do, Adobe customer support is a waste of time and why do Adobe request a credit card for a trial and then make it impossible for people to cancel, Adobe is the only company that I know of that request a credit card for a trial to try out their software, there's a multitude of cases where Adobe have made it impossible for people to cancel their trial.

I honestly don't know what direction Adobe is heading for but from what I've seen on the forums so far it's not a good place, application updates are as buggy as hell and crap support, it's no wonder people are looking for alternatives

Good morning, Ged Traynor.
It's not only Adobe that asks for a credit card for a trial, but Microsoft's Office365 is as well.
Isn't that a common sense in the subscription business?
However, Adobe has a 7-day trial, while an MS trial has a 30-day trial (the same as Adobe Stock trial).
Maybe there is a problem there this.

At least Microsoft make it easy to cancel, once you opt out they don't charge your card unlike Adobe, Adobe is ripping off customers with the trial making it impossible to cancel and charging their credit cards, there's lots of instances of this on the Get-Started forum
