Why won't Creative Cloud open on my Windows 7 (64-bit) computer?

Other issues: Creative Cloud does not appear in Programs and Features.

I have tried to install a new version of Creative Cloud but the set up fails half-way through in the midst of downloading with the message "Creative Cloud Set-up has stopped working."

Hi,

Delete OOBE folder in:

[System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\

Reinstall CC desktop from :

Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

When I try and re-install CC desktop I get a notification that says "Installer has stopped working..." and then it closes.

KyleLolololol please try utilizing the steps listed in Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
