here are the specs recommended, System requirements | Adobe Creative Cloud​ but depending on how sophisticated the work you're doing (more so with ps than lr) you may want more ram and video processing than the min specs.

Hello, I'm writing this on my Swift 3 8GB RAM, i3, 128GB

All the Adobe programs wrong smoothly. You can even use Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects all at once with little problem.

Go for it if you haven't already!
