Will work/edits be lost in free trial periode?

Hi,Is it possible to use/save the work I do in the free PS trial periode?I can save..just don't know if my work/edits on the photos will be lost? I probably gonna buy one or more,just don't know yet..thx!

PSD files are native Photoshop files. You would need Photoshop to open them again.

If you intend to use your images on the web or in emails, be sure to Export As or Legacy Save for Web as  JPG or PNG files.   If you plan to print them, Save As PDF.
