Wrong Email language with Adobe

Community Beginner ,
Jan 07, 2020 Jan 07, 2020

Hello,

I work in Switzerland, a country with 3 official languages.

I receive all my email from Adobe in German, but as I speak French, I'm not able to understand them so I throw all their email to the trash at the moment...

Is there any way to setup the email from Adobe in French?

Thanks a lot for your support, and best regards,

Your can change the language in your account. Goto the Adobe website an login with your Adobe ID.

Then click on Communication and then on Notifications. Here you can change your language in the First language list to French.
