It clearly says you can activate up to 2 devices but can only use 1 device at a time but it's NOT, it is wrong. I can use a same Adobe app on 2 computers at a same time. Many others also reported same thing so it seems it's eitehr Adobe put a wrong information OR it's a bug to allow two devices to use at a same time. Otherwise I need more explanations about this as Adobe's information is clrealy false and misleading. Is it a bug or actually allow 2 devices to work at a same time?
The LICENSE says you may use on one computer at a time
If you do use on two computers at the same time, and Adobe finds out, you COULD have your subscription cancelled
I do not say that you WILL have your subscription cancelled, only that you could

you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs. the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time.
because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

I said Adobe website clearly mentioned that you can only use one device at a time even if you sign in many devices.

and what exactly do you think that means that's causing a problem for you?

Cause it says ONLY ONE DEVICE AT A TIME and yet, it actually allows TWO DEVICES AT A TIME. The information on Adobe website is false and misleading.

i disagree, but you're entitled to your opinion and complaint.

This is not about disagreeing or not. It's just a false information. You just said on, at most, two computers at any one time and yet the official information clearly says only one at a time. You just agreed my point that Adobe information is wrong. Is it really hard to understand?

you're reading that like a non-lawyer and so you don't understand. that phrase was almost certainly inserted by adobe lawyers.
as far as adobe is concerned, they don't care if you're using your adobe programs on two different computers adjacent to each other within seconds of each other. but if "you're" using two computers in different locations with different isps within seconds if each other, that's a violation adobe does care about. and may detect. and rather than having to prove you're sharing your subscription, you're guilty by definition.

I never talked about sign in but using two devices at a same time but whatever.

You never mentioned about using two devices simultaneously till the end after someone else provided better answer. I'm done with thi.

Can you provide that license information indicate that you can use only one device at a time?

Also, not an exact example, but when I have traveled and rented a car I have always been required to give my driver's license to the clerk during the rental process... and I have been told that I am not allowed to let anyone else drive that rental car... except when my wife was with me and her information was also entered into the rental agreement so she could also drive the car... letting someone else drive was breaking the agreement

I dont see the information that you are NOT allowed to use more than 1 device at a same time. I'm talking about one person using two or more devices at a same time.

so what do you think that means? eg,
you use ps today at 2:30:00 pm on computer a.
at what time/day can you use ps on computer b (without that being considered the same time)?
(and for the purposes of this thought exercise you can assume adobe knows what you're doing- though we know that assumption is nonsense.)

Not until PS on A is closed.

it says nothing about closing a program and adobe wouldn't even detect that.
you would have to sign out to do anything adobe could detect on computer a, and that's explicitly not required
imo, it's impossible to use two computers at the same time = instant. i can (and do occasionly) use my mac and pc within 1 minute of each other, but because i'm usually working on the same file transfered via usb stick, it may take 2 minutes.
