You take money from my account every month, but when i try to use Photoshop i get directed to paymethods. i have already payed, and every month you take the money from my account, but I cant use it! I reprogrammed my computer and arter that this becamed a problem. No phone number, no email, been trying to reach you through chat in months! Never get through, no onea in the chat, been waiting for ever, and then it just pops up "Thank you for your chat, closed"

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

I'm afraid The Lounge is for general discussions among Adobe users--none of us have access to account information.  Your best bet would probably be a quick phone call to your nearest Adobe Customer Service number.
