We are having same problem when downloading trial in all browsers with "Allow cookies to be set" checked.

You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.7z" on this server.

Tried it at various locations, home, office etc

Any ideas to fix this,
