Hi, I install a copy of this software on my desktop computer and also on my laptop, both of this devices needed to be clean and reinstall windows, when i install again a copy of my software and went to register the product it tolds me that i have my product register on 2 devices, it saids deregister this license on one of the machines and try again, now my question now is... if i wipe all computer and re installing on the same computer why is not allowing me? what I'm going to de register a copy of the two if it's not install on it it has been download but not running because of registration issue? i don't have a way how to de register this licenses, what should i do? throw almot 500.00 dollars to the garbage to buy another license? mine still good and it,s not running on none of the computers
registration is irrelevant for installation. the issue is activation.
you are allowed activation on, at most, 2 computers at any one time. if you don't change computer hardware adobe won't recognize a different computer. but if you change hardware, eg install a new hard drive, that will look like a different computer.
