Dear community,
I recently registered at Adobe Creative Suite for Students. Sadly, at registration I registered an e-mail adress, which I cannot access anymore. Using the Adobe Apps I have to authentificate my person with a code, which will be send to this email adress, therefore it is not possible. I cannot contact the support, but I am in an urgent need to use the apps. Is there another way to fix it? Is it possible to use the Google authentificator app?
My boyfriend signed up for a 7 days trail, so I can work during the weekend, but when we try to autentificate his account on my computer adobe keeps on popping up a message, that the account was blocked for saftey reasons. This doesn't make sence at all since it's a different mail account. Trying to clean the cache did not fix it.
I am very grateful for further assistance.
kind regards,
Leonie

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
