Creative Cloud installation stops at 0.6%

Hello!

 

I have a big deal with downloading Creative Cloud Apps, I have already cleaned my MacOs, from previous using Creative Cloud Cleaner, but it still doesn't work. After 0,6% it shows "The server is not respinding currently, Error CodeP207.

Please, help me.

Yana, sorry you are encountering problems utilizing your Creative Cloud for Education membership.  Error P207 occurs because the connection to the necessary servers was blocked.  Do you own and maintain the network that you are connecting to Yana?  If so, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install.html for steps you can take to resolve the error.
